Founder's Message
Operation S.O.L.V.E. was born from both lived experience and a deep commitment to ensuring that vulnerable youth have access to the support, opportunities, and advocacy they deserve.
As a young person, I faced many of the same challenges that some of our youth face today. I experienced instability, abuse, homelessness, and circumstances that left me vulnerable at a time when I needed guidance, protection, and support the most.
I know what it feels like to search for safety.
I know what it feels like to need someone to believe in you.
I know what it feels like to need an opportunity but not know where to find one.
Those experiences shaped my life, but they also shaped my purpose.
Over the years, I realized that many young people are still facing the same barriers—aging out of systems without support, struggling to find stable housing, lacking access to employment opportunities, and trying to navigate adulthood without the resources needed to succeed.
I founded Operation S.O.L.V.E. because I believe every young person deserves more than survival. They deserve the opportunity to thrive.
Our organization exists to provide the support systems that many vulnerable youth never receive: housing stabilization, career development, financial empowerment, life skills training, mentorship, advocacy, and pathways to independence.
In many ways, Operation S.O.L.V.E. represents the safe place, the advocate, and the opportunity that I wish had existed for me and so many others.
This work is personal. It is purposeful.
And it is driven by the belief that every young person has value, potential, and the ability to build a brighter future when given the opportunity.
