Our Mission

Operation: S.O.L.V.E. Veterans provides safe, structured, and affordable co-living housing for veterans who do not qualify for traditional VA housing programs — not because they lack need, but because they are considered “too healthy” for existing systems.

We believe stability should not require crisis.

Our mission is to prevent homelessness, reduce isolation, and restore community for veterans who are capable, independent, and deserving of dignified housing options.

What S.O.L.V.E. Means

At the heart of our mission is S.O.L.V.E. — a commitment to restoring hope, dignity, and direction for those who need it most.

Our Housing Model

We offer intentional co-living housing designed specifically for veterans who value independence, structure, and community.

Our model includes:

  • Shared homes with private or semi-private bedrooms

  • Affordable monthly housing contributions

  • Community standards rooted in respect and accountability

  • Peer-supported environments — not institutional settings

  • Stable housing without the burden of long-term leases

  • Partnerships with Primary Care and Behavioral Health providers to support residents’ holistic well-being

This is not shelter.
This is not transitional housing.
This is community-based living with purpose.

Who We Serve

This program is designed for veterans who:

  • Are honorably discharged or otherwise eligible

  • Are capable of independent living

  • Are employed, seeking employment, or transitioning careers

  • Do not qualify for VA or HUD-VASH housing

  • Desire a stable, substance-free, respectful living environment

We serve veterans who are:

  • Reentering civilian life

  • Recovering financially

  • Aging out of informal housing arrangements

  • Seeking structure without institutionalization

Why This Program Exists

Across the country, thousands of veterans fall into a critical gap:

  • They are not disabled enough to qualify for VA housing

  • They are not in crisis, yet still housing-insecure

  • They are often working, transitioning, or rebuilding

  • Rising housing costs make independence unrealistic

These veterans are frequently overlooked — until instability becomes an emergency.

Operation: S.O.L.V.E. Veterans exists to intervene early.

What Makes Us Different

Prevention-focused — we stabilize before crisis
Veteran-centered — built with dignity, not dependency
Community-based — peers, not programs
Flexible & scalable — adaptable housing solutions
Mission-aligned — rooted in service, accountability, and respect

We do not replace VA services.
We fill the gaps they cannot.

Support Beyond Housing

While housing is the foundation, residents may also access:

  • Life-skills and financial stability workshops

  • Peer accountability and community standards

  • Referrals to employment, education, and wellness resources

  • Pathways to independent housing when ready

Participation in supportive programming helps ensure long-term success — not just temporary relief.
